When I watched it, at first I was perplexed by the seemingly oblivious other drivers driving through the intersection, particularly the white (caddy?) that got hit. After further review, it looks like their view was blocked by the cars on the right, and it would look like the car is just making an illegal left turn.
Amazing restraint by the cops.
